Recognizing Obesity/Being Overweight..

Being overweight is a HUGE problem, especially in America. And the main source of that problem is that most people don't realize that they are overweight. It's very simple ti find out! You first need to find out your B.M.I, or Body Mass Index. You can find many calculators online to give you an estimate of your Body Mass Index, or you can even go to the doctor and have him give you a more accurate number. Once you know your Body Mass Index you need to find out what range you're in. If you're below 18.5 or 19, you're considered underweight. The normal or average range for a person is between 19 and 25. Anything from 25 and 30 is considered overweight, and anything over 30 is considered obese. It takes less than 5 minutes to figure out what your Body Mass Index is and will let you know if you need to get back in shape. Take some time out today and find out what your Body Mass Index is and if you need to, get to work getting in shape!
